If you are NOT an active individual, a higher fat diet will make you leaner over the long run than a lower fat diet (assuming same caloric intake). The body will be less prone to "storage", as the insulin levels will be maintained at low(er) levels.

All my non active clients get more fat and less carbs than my active ones for this reason.

whole milk tastes so much better than reduced ... and if you're going to drink non-fat, why the heck are you even drinking milk?
