Routine for workout on just 2 days/week
Was wondering if anyone can help me out with a simple to follow routine...
With a busy personal and work life I only have two days per week that I can spend in the gym, about 1 hour per day. Currently looking at tuesdays and thursdays.
I´m looking for a good allround workout that I can squeeze in to this limited time frame. I realize I wont be getting massive gains from this but it´s better than nothing and will hopefully keep me in good health.
Looked around online and found this split, any tips or alterations you would make, and if so, why?
BB bench press
Bent over row
Close grip bench press
Standing BB curl
Any ideas are welcome!

I've been doing StrongLifts 5x5. Ideally you're supposed to do it 3x/week, but I've only had enough time to do 2x/week and but still making progress and I'm only in week 5 now.
With the included exercises plus some accessory work, you're covered.
JMHO - easy to follow and includes all compound movements, so you get a lot of bang for the buck on your time.
