Just bought a belt from Snake eater. Has a metal buckle, so might not be what you're looking for. Seemed to get some good reviews. I'll let you know how I like it

I ended up going with the 5.11 Double Duty TDU Belt. $25 shipped on Amazon. The reviews said it's a little tough getting it fed through, but I quickly learned there's a little trick to it to make it easier. This is the second day I've worn it and, so far, no complaints. When I wore my IWB holster with my full-size M&P 9mm, it didn't sag one bit. The double-layer nylon with five-row stitching makes for one hell of a stiff belt. I'd say it takes about 10 seconds longer to put on than my old belt, but it's a small price to pay for something I'll get some use out of.

There's also a "covert" version.
