My plagued front brakes

I am stumped on this issue and need some input. I've had me e46 for 3 years now and me and my front brakes have always had issues. Here is the order of issues I've had.

Feb 2017-replaced front pads and rotors
July 2017-front caliper seize, replaced with re-man. New lines as well
Feb 2018-replaced rotors due to vibrations
Jan 2019-front caliper seize, front calipers rotors and pads replaced
April 2019-vibrations again-going to have to replace rotors and clean pads again

My fluid has been flushed by me and my good guy BMW mechanic that I trust with my life. I feel as if it is weird that the calipers have froze twice in two years and I also keep coming into vibration issues.

Any input would be very very valuable

-Thanks!!

Vibrations under what conditions? Hard braking? You're sure ABS not kicked in causing the vibration?

Yeah no 100% sure it's not ABS it's bumps on the rotors. It's the basic symptoms-vibrations increase at higher speeds, feel in wheel and brake pedal, light breaking.

Vibrations only when braking? It could be the wheels being off-balance...and when you clamp onto them in braking, it attenuates their off-balance.

Also, consider the control arms/bushings.

Good thought but again Iím sticking with warped rotors. Just because I know how they feel on this car and the vibrations are worsening.

Control arms are not even 6 months old and brand new struts on aswell!

If you think it's your brakes, the last piece of the system is the master cylinder. I think it's a suspension issue. Have you swapped the front and rear wheels?

I did have a suspension issue until recently. One of my front struts pretty much busted and the car liked to bounce a lot on the highway and shake real bad for a couple weeks. I replaced both front struts so that's done now but could that be a cause?

Also I'm running the same 17' wheels that came with the car. Do you mean rotate them to see if it's the wheel or the rotor?
