Dunlop SP Sport 01 fails to fully bead

I ran Dunlop SP Sport 01 Run-Flats 225/45-17 and had no problem with them.

Now I just had installed Dunlop SP Sport 01 regular NON-Run Flats, in the same identical size and these fail to fully bead. All 4x the tires need at least another 2mm more to bead fully on both sides (front and back) of the wheel.

These were ordered at Amazon and installed at Sears. Sears says there is nothing they can do, this is the way. They also said they can't go over 40psi to bead the tire.

Any ideas?
