Question for FCP Euro

Got a question on order number 907038. Unfortunately I was only able to inspect the parts yesterday as they were shipped to my daughter in NY and we had to wait till she came home (Canada) this past weekend with the parts to fix her 325Xi.

Can you identify this part: On your 6" x 8" bag you have handwritten #31356751080 - It was meant to be a right hand sway bar link.




You sent the correct one for the left. which is in a 16" x 4" bag with a BMW label on it.



Unfortunately I had to sent her back to school in NY without the new links installed. How do we correct this mistake so I can repair her car when she's back here again next month?

Just wanted to follow up on this matter and say FCP appear to have come through. Dan Turbert sent me an email saying they will ship the correct part to my daughter at no cost.

I'm glad we were able to get it resolved for you. We're still not sure on how we received the incorrect part in a bag with the correct number on it. We're going to be doing some training with our warehouse staff on how to catch errors like this. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience on this mis-shipment.
