@ECS Tuning - window regulator failed after 4 months!!!

Yep, I bought the regulator that is supposedly upgraded and lifetime warrantied on February 24.
4 months later, on June 27th, it started crunching on the way down so I stopped and with extra hand effort got the window back up.
Figured I'd deal with it later, with a new infant spare time is nil.
But I accidentally hit the down button tonight and now I have to deal with it.
Tonight. Because rain is forecast for tomorrow.

Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it.
I couldn't find a contact link, but would appreciate some contact back to figure out how we can get this obviously defective part changed out.
If I were to give my Touring a first name, I'd probably name it "Alan".
Mostly because I like puns.
