M54b25 swap to b30

Having trouble figuring out the ecu and ews stuff I have a ms45.1 ecu, would like to know if anybody out there could tell me what works. Have tried what one person said to swap the entire intake manifold and injectors but that did nothing. Basically will buying a whole set work (dme, ews, ignition cylinder and keys) or will I have to get it professionally tuned. Also have installed winkfp but don't know if that will work. If someone has done the swap before and how they got the ecu to work with the engine. Thanks!

My Ride: 2002 325i
Please properly rewrite it and include more details
What year is your car? What year is the engine from? Which is which?

My car is a 2005 325i swapped with a 2005 e60 530i, wiring harness is a ms45.1, with a ms45.1 ecu. The ecu is still the original 325i. I am wondering how to get it to run properly which is to my knowledge the tune.

Keep the original E46 harness. You shouldn't have needed to swap anything, just the engines and their accessories would've been fine.
You look up the zusbnumber for a 330 engine for your production date and use winkfp to flash it. https://forum.e46fanatics.com/showpo...0&postcount=94
