I decided i will replace waterpump.
P/O told me that he paid for shop that they replace waterpump. I am not sure what pump it is.
Last time i had belts off from car, water pump was sticky and squeek when i rotated it.
I bought Saleri SIL PA659S waterpump from ebay.de (Germany). What i found from this forum, it is genuine oem pump. PA659S model is reinforced, many web pages lists it only for 330CI. Not 325i.. interesting..
I also bought Castrol Magnatec 5W-40 full synthetic oil, 9 litres. When car is ready with new W/P i will change oils.

Stay tuned, i will update this later

Water pump replacement

I drained coolant, and took old water pump off.
My fan clutch is worn out, i had to buy new one.
I will assemble car when fan clutch + water pump arrives. 1-2 weeks delivery time.

I cleaned all parts with petrol solvant + finished with Valet pro plastic protection.

Old visco clutch..

Bro I would have suggested the electric fan swap. Makes working on the car a lot easier, puts less load on the water pump, and eliminates the possibility of the fan taking out cooling system components and possibly your hood

I want keep this car 100% stock. No modifications.
This car was so expensive, i try to keep it stock. Original cars are most wanted and high priced in my country.

Electric fan is practically a stock mod. I would even say it is an improvement and something that all cars should have had. Newer BMWs have electric fans and if you were to sell it you could just put the mechanical fan back on

It definitely is stock mod but still a mod. I understand both sides but I know well how such mods make buyer, who does not know the qualification of the person tampering the system, suspicious. Here in Europe, price drop of a car after such mod is higher than regular change of visco clutch and water pump.

Right door panel assembled. Car is now ready for bath, i have to wash all dust from polishing compounds.
If there is no imperfections, holograms.. then next step is ceramic coating.

Polishing work is almost complete. I took this video in this morning, after i washed compounds off.
Couple of small holograms in roof panel left side, but nothing major to fix.
