Rear end “Swap”

This is my first post on the forum so forgive me if im not doing it right.
So i have a 2001 5 spd manual 325i [front end wrecked] and a 2002 5 spd manual 325i.

Essentially i bought the 02 so i would be able to use the 01 as parts [only paid 1500$ for the 02] im a novice “tuner” but i am a good mechanic. I need to swap my rear ends because the one on the 02 has rust and the diff is leaking, my 01’s is in pristine condition. My question is if someone can come up with a list of things that should be done when swapping the diff’s maintenance wise (subframe bushings etc)

{note} like i mentioned “novice tuner” meaning im looking into performance parts, should i go with polyurethane or a solid option. Also coil over kits etc.
