Hey everyone I'm Matt I am 32 yrs old and I have owned many vehicles over the years off the top of my head let's see what I can remember "I have a tough time because of the partying no longer take part of"

@ 9 yrs old I got my first car all be it illegal I paid fifty bucks for
1988 white corolla with so much rust you could just about climb through the doors except for the door cards inside stolen plates we drove all around Daytona Beach!

2nd car was a 1986 Chevy Chevette four speed rwd. I learned heel/toe pedal work and the "Drift" funny huhh but the snow thought me a lot because I didn't have to go fast or have power to get it slideways!

3rd was a 1986 Ford ranger rwd only five speed manual I loweed and gutted every pound I could find off of it

4th 1988 Ford Ranger 4wd five speed manual loads of good times in the woods but totalled it while I was under the influence

5th 1988 Honda Accord lxi auto with the flip up headlights I loved this car stripped it as much as possible including the pwr steering and a.c. rear seats and So on.. tyranny lost reverse after two rough winters of reverse donuts 285k motor was still strong

6th another 88 Accord same color same trim package same basic idea lost reverse after beatingthe he'll out of it 267k still good motor

7 a 90 Acura Integra ls 5spd manual this is where I went insane And spent every penny modding totalled it twice

8 2000 Chevy prizim just to get around while I was building my

9 a 90 civic shell to swap my Integra ls into with every possible bolt on imaginable then I decided I didn't like the red so

10 94 Jeep Cherokee for winter and some wheeling in the woods

11 another Jeep Cherokee same color same trim etc lifted and totalled it rolling it over with my boat trailer and boat behind lost all of it

12 A 91 Civic dx with my ls swap this time I shaved the head to bump the compression up "Stolen from me"

13 89 Toyota P/U 4wd 5spd lifted and painted O/D green with black stars on the doors and a nice cap over the bed loved this truck used to have to pull jeeps that were inches higher that my yota over shit sold it for 10X what I paid after I sank it in a lake 35feet under water

14. a 99 Chevy s10 blazer 4wd auto got a lift and drove for a while sold it I hate them

15 2009 Corolla type S great car for commuting would reccomend

16. 94 Honda Accord 5spd tons of bolt on

17 96 Ford Taurus junk

18 2001 Impalla presidential still have

19. And my favorite my 01 325i Sedan

This does not list any of my boats motorcycles snowmobile quads or anything else but you get the idea

My Ride: 2003 330xi Automatic
So... here goes. A couple motorcycles in there. But they helped make me "me". Got my drivers license in 1972. Listed kind of in order, but not exactly.

'63 Plymounth Valiant (push button automatic, 225 cu in slant 6)
'62 Ford Fairlane Station Wagon (bad rear wheel bearing, kuh-thunk kuh-thunk )
'72 Yamaha LT2 100 (tricked out all the way!)
'70 Pontiac LeMans Sport (didn't understand how great of a car it was at the time)
'73 Yamaha SC500 (almost killed myself the first day)

'69 Olds Cutlass (three engines and two transmissions later...)
'68 Olds 442 (wow.. pass anything but a gas station)
'70 Chevy Monte Carlo (probably the only one ever made without A/C)
'64+1/2 Chevy Malibu (rust holes big enough to throw a cat thru)
'68 Pontiac Executive (drove it to the scrap yard)
'65 Mercury Comet (heater core was bypassed. bad news in indiana winter)
'74 Chevy Caprice (about 30 foot long mother ship)
'78 Chevy Chevette (had the name "Jeanne" stenciled on it, so that's what we called it)
'80 Buick Skylark (oh my goodness. no comment)
'85 ish Chevy Celebrity (company car)
'92 Chevy S-10 Shortbed (just a great little truck)
'92 Cadillac Sedan DeVille (traded in two cars to lower my monthly payment)

'90 Chevy Cavalier (my very first new car!)
'80 something Dodge Daytona (total POS)
'90 Pontiac Sunbird (spent a ton getting the engine rebuilt after I ran it to death)
'92 Pontiac Grand Prix (got a ticket i think just because it was red)

'08 Honda CRV (first new Honda)
'07 Honda Ridgeline (lots of interesting features)

My Ride: 2002 330xi
This is what I wrote in my thread.

I have had many cars in my life.

A couple of (1981-90)mustangs (all stick). 351-393 stroker forged pistons trw heads 373 rear richmond 6 speed. Twisted bodies even with subframe connectors. That's why I had so many of them. (I miss those cars).

Dodge caravan .. Did the lifters and a fuel pump on it and then just maintenance. Had the best space and good 360 view great transport vehicle (Gave it to my brother as a fathers day gift as he needed a vehicle).

2000 Pontiac Grand prix GT that I transformed to GTP (heads lower intake injectors and supercharger). Installed HUD that came factory on some of the other GrandPrix. Fun car to drive and cheap to maintain. The speed asist steering rack was a pain to figure out the bugs. (these cars only came in auto ).

Dodge Neons (1995-1998) Just maintenance. The 95' I turbo'ed and Megasquirt forged pistons. Blew up motor was my fault on wastegate size too small. Pulled head off and lifted block out by hand (2 people). Put stock stuff back in and drove no problems. These cars had the paint peel problem. Very reliable cars (mine were all stick)

2000 Jeep grand cherokee (@7 years ago)... this truck had some (a lot of) problems when I bought it. I got it very cheap because of that. There were major wiring problems with this vehicle I fixed. Then I rebuilt the rear end a year later. The next year I rebuilt the motor (broken piston skirt... common problem). While rebuilding the motor I needed a vehicle (BMW). Someone sideswiped the truck that winter and my neighbor caught it on camera. Insurance paid out so I changed the 2 drivers doors. Last year I rebuilt the transmission (Basically a new truck now, just some minor details left).

I usually had 2 vehicles (sometimes a 3rd would overlap for a couple of months.). I never looked at or paid any real attention to BMW. When the truck was down I was looking for a 4 wheel drive small vehicle like a CRV or Rav4 or Escape and never did it cross my mind about BMW. I went by a person that I knew back in the days that was selling used cars. There was a super clean 2003 A4 1.8t there and he said he just sold it and the people were still in the office. I found a place in Jersey that had another A4 but it was junk. This dealer had a 330xi on the lot and said it was all wheel drive also. I took it for a test drive and the car was as good as mines. I said "If you fix that smoking under the hood issue I will pay". We made a contract and a made the down payment. 2 weeks later I come with cash to pick up the car with my buddy that drove me up there so I said "Lets take it for a ride before we finish this transaction". Still smoking under the hood .... At this point I requested my down payment back because he did not fulfill the contract agreement. Police came and I got my money back . Wasted 2 hr trip to and from Jersey but had a story to tell. Well I went back to the used car dealer I knew and told him about what happened. He said "I have one of those at my other lot". I said lets go for a ride then. Test drove perfect. It had mileage on it though but the PO kept it immaculate. SOLD (to me). 3 years later I'm still enjoying this car.

2002 330xi sitck 2 rims and tires (NY winter potholes) Expansion tank 2x. Final stage resistor. Coolant bypass valve. Upper radiator hose. Front lower control arms , ball joints lollipops. Brakes all around Rotors and parking brakes. Rear shocks and springs. Hazard / door lock button replacement. Front axles and seals. Upgrade to Mishimoto Intake pipe w "F" connector. Upgrade DSIA flap with aluminum design.

I like vehicles and each has its own flaw.
