N53b30a engine

Hi all been a while me wife recently purchased a 2007 e90 motorsport saloon imported from uk to new Zealand and over here this car is a unicorn and it doing my head in ,went well for a while then gutless on takeoff then nearly stalling so I replaced spark plugs,coils then 02sensors not much improvement ,keep getting p420 low efficiency catalyst bank one so tried spark plug saver on post cat o2s still same but only when warmed up,any suggestions apart from new cats as they $1800 each at stealership here and no second hand ones anywhere cheers for any advice

So just changed cats bank 1 and 2 and still the same crack up bmw ultimate piece of **** lol one of the wheel studs myst be loose and thats why it runs like **** although I did see a butterfly land on the headlight maybe that damaged all the sensors
