Please identify this 328i

My wife's coworker's relative passed away and they are going to be selling an old Z3 (non M) and a 328i. I'm waiting to get VIN numbers to properly check them out but maybe you guys can identify this.

All I can tell from this is it has an M logo on both the shifter and the steering wheel, but I can't seem to find matching pictures on Google.

Thoughts?

Just a guess here, but it looks like a e90 with a m sport package. Or just upgrade to a m sport steering wheel and shift knob.

Thanks. We did eventually get the VIN number. It is a 2012 328i M Sport with xdrive. It only has about 30k on the clock but I'm not interested in it. They also have a very nice 2003 Z4 fully loaded with about 18k. I may end up making an offer on that one.

What are they asking for the 2012 328i? Might be interested if it is still available.

This was from a friend's relative who passed away. They are not quite ready to sell the cars yet but will be at some point. I plan to buy the Z4 but the 328i M Sport will be available. The car was owned literally by an old lady and was garage kept so is in excellent condition. I can reach out to you later once they are ready to sell if you are interested but it may take a few months.

Yes, that would be great. Please let me know when this is for sale. Where is the vehicle located?

No problem, I understand. For what it's worth I bought my M3 from out of state and it was pretty easy to get it shipped. Apparently there is a big network of car transporters. I paid $800 to have it picked up in Florida from the seller's house and dropped off at my driveway. Of course this also involves paying for a PPI and making sure you trust everyone involved.

For what it's worth, this car is now for sale for $16k and has 38k miles. I'll check with my wife's coworker and make a proper post in the classifieds if she wants me to list it for her.
