FS: B&M Short Shifter 6spd

Im selling my B&M SSK it was just put in my car yesterday and im not a fan of it dont get me wrong its a great product but it is not the right one for me.. This kit is great if your looking for really short throws but personally the throws are too short for me my reasons for selling are:

1. Dont like how it made the shifter hit higher
2. Throws are way to short for my liking i know this may seem odd but they are just way to short it no longer feeling like im driving a manual the throw from 3rd to 4th is so short it feels like its tiptronic or something
3. The shifts are pretty stiff compared to OEM yea you get the great sound when shifting in and outta gears but the OEM one felt like butter and this one feels like more of a race car

So im just tryin to sell this for just the cost of gettin it taken out of my car and getting the stock one back it... so the price is $125 or if you are local and can take it out and put in my stock on its yours for free... Brand new these aell for $200 and mine is a day old to i think the price is fair http://www.bmracing.com/s.nl/c.72308...tegory.6060/.fLike i said its been on the car since 11 am yesterday i had it install by Bimmer Clinic if anyone wats to see a capoy of the invoice pm me im at work or else id post a pic of that too here is a thread i made when i 1st got it put on... im so upset this didnt work for me.. oh also it works for all 6spd's

hey question....
i feel the same way, i don't like shifts that are way too short

what shift knob are you using
i still have the stock OEM matte chrome shift knob....... so it is still an inch or so taller than the ZHP knob

if you are experiencing this with your stock knob (or a knob that is isn't shorter than stock) lemme know...

thank you!

I'm using the zph shift knob which is shorter than yours like you stated... I believe in the thread i linked you can see how short the throw is between neutral and 4th if u want i can try to find my stock knob and take some pics if that will help you

EDIT: here are the pics so you dont have to click the link idk if this helps to see the distance it travels if u want i can try to take a vid of me shifting or something
Neutral

4th

gotcha

well clearly if you get a buyer, by all means sell it
but, have you thought about putting a stock shift knob on it, you still have yours?

anyway, i'll contact you when i can get this, and if it is still available, we have a deal
