Help point me in the right direction to euro tune flash

Hello,

Car is a 2004 325xi. I Just took a peep at my ecu for the first time to get an idea of where i should start and to avoid using the wrong software - See attached. I'm thinking of putting headers on it and deleting the upper cats entirely so i would need to retune the car with the euro version as far as i know to pass emissions here in nj.

I know i'll need a cable and i have a designated tuning laptop but again i want to be sure i'm following the exact procedure to do this correctly with my specific instance.

Point me in the right direction
