Neeed heelp! Key fob doesn't work e46

I have a 2000 328i (E46) My key fob is not working but with the driver door switch all doors close manually.

I have examined the fuses,I changed the battery of remote, examined the signal of the remote with a special tool and the button of lock and unlock everything work fine....any idea??

This may not be your problem, but when my key would no longer lock/unlock the doors remotly, I switched to my wife's key and everything worked just fine. After some detective work online I found the solution: using my unresponsive key in the ignition, I took a half hour drive up I-75 and back (at speed) and that was sufficient to recharge the battery within the key. I simply wasn't driving the car enough to keep the key charged enough for remote operations!
