Selling my OEM navigation head unit (2001 E46)

I am selling the BMW navigation monitor from a 2001 BMW 330Ci. This monitor is in perfect condition. If you were to buy this direct from BMW, it would cost approximately $1800!!!

Click here to see all the things you can do with the navigation system.

It can be retrofitted to your car if you don't have the navigation system already.

I prefer payment by PayPal. I will ship the unit by FedEx 2-day at my expense. The unit is already packaged up and double boxed to keep it protected.

Asking price, $1000 OBO.

Note: I am not selling the Mark III computer or the CD drive. The monitor is the most expensive part of the navigation system.

Reason for selling: I upgraded my head unit to the new 2002+ widescreen navigation head. I don't need the old head unit anymore. I had another buyer but he never sent a payment, so I am selling it again.

Yes, if you use the parts from nav-tv.com you can play DVDs or any video device on the screen.

Any details on what's needed to change the head unit to the widescreen?

Parts will run you about $1500 from Pacific BMW. It only takes a few minutes to do the swap, but attaching the screen to the housing is an exercise in patience and took me about 2 hrs (you have to disassemble the housing to snake the video and power harnesses).

I'm interested in changing my small navigation system to the widescreen like what you've done on my 2000 328ci. Can you please pm me all the parts that I need to be able to get this done and p/n(s)? Would really appreciate it

Thanks, Melissa
