What's goin on everyone. Just curious if anyone has done this diy. My sensor gets heat soaked after 20 minutes and loses throttle response and power. On the freeway the Iat is 120 when it's 70 degrees out. It must be reading some head heat too? There is no way the air is actually that hot in the tenth of a second it takes to get there(maybe 10 degrees?). It's not THAT big a deal, it's just a different car after 20 minutes. Thanks for any response. Cheers
but it doesn't help the engine. you want to make the ecu think that the air is cool and this can kill the engine. if it is a faulty sensor, just replace sensor.
