Did the manual swap on my 2003 330i. When I release the clutch pedal and the car is in neutral the car dies. Is it because I didn***8217;t flash the dme yet? I know you have to take out $205, but I haven***8217;t done it yet. I have the clutch pedal switches wired to the dme and the ews, but haven***8217;t done the reverse light switch from the trans.
Another problem I***8217;m having is when I depress the clutch pedal and in gear I can***8217;t move the wheels at all. Not sure if the clutch isn***8217;t bled fully yet or what.
Ok I***8217;ll reflash the dme when I get to my buddy***8217;s house.
I got a brand new clutch kit installed. Maybe the system isn***8217;t bled fully yet. I***8217;ll try more when I get to my car.
Thank you for the help. I***8217;ll update this later if I get it figured out
Reflashed the dme and bled the slave cylinder more. It doesn***8217;t stall out anymore on clutch release, but now it***8217;s making a terrible screeching noise. Clutch in or out it screeches.
Any more suggestions?
