Where's it leaking from? Is it the actual transmission or the differential?

Hi sam

it's leaking bwtween the gearbox and engine. after the leak the car started to drive hard in a way that the raves went up to 7000.,I took off the manifold to see for oil leaks on the block and head but I found no oil leaks there

That sounds like a rear main seal leak. Is the fluid brown or reddish? Stop driving it immediately until you get the leak fixed.

Re: transmission problem

The oil is brownish. but what about the sign showing showing does that mean I need a new gearbox or repairing the seal will be the problem solving?

If the oil is brownish then it's likely not ATF unless you've never changed the transmission fluid. ATF is naturally red so as to differentiate itself from engine oil.

The only thing between the engine and transmission that can leak (unless you have a cracked block) is the rear main seal which seals the output shaft to the engine block and oil pan.
