2000 model, bought brand new. No major issues, had one window regulator go bad, but that's about it, normal wear and tear stuff. The car is a champ, I still run it as hard as ever

My Ride: 2001 M3 Convertible
M3 + e39

19,900 miles on the 2001 M3 conv (my play car; post con-rod bearing recall, so no sport button for the last two months)
188,900 miles on the 1997 E39 525 TDS Touring (my day car)
93,700 on wifey's 1995 316i Compact (which gets replaced in March)

The most troublesome of these?

The M3 - by far. But I like it too much to care!

105k on my 99 328i

had 275k on my e36 before I gave it to my brother, and the thing is still running, he prob has up near 300k now. And to think, all on the original engine, tranny, and clutch!

wow, that's REALLY hard to believe it's pushing 300k on the original clutch.

especially considering a WOMAN put a good portion of those miles on the car (before I bought it)

JUST KIDDING LADIES!!

No, but when you think about it, almost all of those miles are highway, and the car just cruises in fifth, you aren't really working the clutch. (plus being a 318, I'm not quite sure the car had enough power to actually slip the clutch lol)
