If you check the poker news it says the sites are back up at www.fulltilpoker.co.uk and www.poker stars .eu, it seems everything is back to normal except US players can't deposit for now. I really hope they find another payment processor soon.

After all this you guys are still willing to risk your funds amidst the crackdown? What happens if it gets worse and you can't pull your cash out? I really don't see how it can be worth the risk.

Wow. I'm glad I closed out my account 2 years ago. Sounds like some people have some serious money missing.

The guy on the link I posted had 500k in his account at the time of shut down. He claims it all the money he has, he pulled out money once a month to just pay his bills and that was it. How silly.

Agreed. It's hard to feel bad for someone with 500k collecting no interest on a poker site that breaks federal laws...

You have some seriously ****ed up laws when it comes to gambling in the US. How the **** can you not play some online poker or go to a bookie and place a bet on a game yet you have whole cities devoted to gambling and place massive bets on stock exchanges? Sounds pretty ****ed up to me...

Its the whole terrorism deal.

Ever since 911, there have been a ton of laws made.

Online Poker laws are about money laundering more than playing poker.

I did. I took out enough to to support me for 2 years . It's only about a quarter of what I have in my chase account. But it still leaves a shitty taste in my mouth. I'm told I'll get it back though. Just don't know when.
