Any comments on my dL form?

How do you guys log your workouts. At first I could remember all my weights etc, but now that there are so many different things, I need a way to note them as I go along. U guys use an app, a good old pen and paper, or?

I keep all my workouts on my phone, then pretty much post them here and on Instagram.

I'll give those a try

Another day off yesterday due to the neck injury.
I did go to soccer practice though, with a 24 of beer haha.
Coached/helped out while drinking out of my shaker cup.

Might go due legs tonight if my neck isn't bothering me too bad.

Neck injury is fading. I'm now able to work out without it restricting much if at all. Taking it easy getting back into things though.

I'm down to 193# now, from all the soccer games (2-3 a week) and not eating as much as I should. Legs are pretty worn out/sore.

Last night:
Squats (nice and low):
6x135
5x6x185

Deads:
6x135
5x6x185

Leg press:
6x270
6x360
2x6x450

Many of the sets were actually 7-8 reps.

Chest tonight

Ya that is light for me.
I haven't done either for a couple weeks due to my neck injury. Between that and my neck still not 100%, I decided to do less weight more sets/reps.

Will move up to 225#+ next session.

Keep your workout under an hour. Life is way too good to spend +2h in the gym.

If you're lifting intensely, after 1h your body would be done.
Superset your exercises do you don't have to be taking long breaks.

That workout was quite a bit longer than usual. I always go with my buddy, so it's not like I'm just there lifting on my own. We make a good time of it. Also had another friend with us that night.
Focused on three different areas that night (chest/tri/abs), so total time on each area wasn't that much.

Why stop if I have it in me...?
