Thanks for the feedback. Kind of surprised there has been no interest in this sale. Current vendor pricing is ~$200 more than my asking price.

Damn it! exactly what I'm looking for, but I have an 03 330 with a 5 speed. I cant really find the difference between the 2 kits, anyone know?

Different part numbers, I too have an 03 5 speed and wanted this for myself. I think it is rated for less torque. Might be worth a shot anyways for a street car

I thought there was a small difference in the diameters of the older e46's and something about the throw out bearing being shorter. I don't know for sure, but remember reading it somewhere.
