Spec E46 suspension on street

Would a car with the spec E46 suspension and no cage be street-able?

I ask because I'm planing to drive the car as a DD/HPDE until I'm ready to race.

Can you elaborate on this a bit more? How does it compare to the stock suspension when running the dampers at a softer setting with the MCS coilovers and Spec E46 spring rates? What other suspensions have you driven on e46 that you could compare to?

Just trying to better understand your perspective, some people have different degrees of tolerance for "rough ride".

I'm considering the MCS Spec E46 setup for my daily driven ZHP that sees a couple track events each year. I need it to ride flatter in the turns but I don't want my teeth jarred loose on some of the rougher roads around here. I hear the MCS does really well with the higher spring rates, similar to other coilovers with 400-500# springs..... would love to hear some more feedback to confirm or object to that.
