Twin 2.1/4" Headers were made by a local exhaust shop a few years ago, they do the job. I'm not looking at huge numbers over reliability, This engine needs to hold its **** together whilst being thrashed like its stollen.
Cars been off the road for so long now I'm in no great hurry.

2 1/4", now that's the gear, what did they set you back?

Well, it will definitely be a blast to drive.

Lol, sounds good when reving but has drone at part throttle.

May add another 2 3" bullet muffles or move the current 3" bullet mufflers from before the diff to just before the tips and see if it reduces the drone.

Thanks Bafffyyy.

Fitted "J" pipes to reduce the drone.

Re-tune for new exhaust system.

Re-tuned for new exhaust system last Fri, 30 Oct 15.
with the new exhaust with-out re-tune gained 28.5 whp, with tune.... no change to max whp.
Re-tune benefits... better throttle response down low and mid rpm and part throttle drive ability around town.
Did gain more whp across whole rpm range with increasing timing by 2deg (about 5-7whp) but took it back out for safety margin. With old exhaust it would not make anymore whp even with 2deg.

Pics of "J" pipes, 3inch. (to reduce exhaust drone)

I know its your car and all but man I would have thrown a mtech 2 front and rear instead. No need to try and make it look like a M3 when it can keep up or probably beat one. The tires chirping on that video you have when you redline it made me giggle with joy. What a beast.

I would have still had my OEM coupe front bumper still but the car thief trashed it. I looked for a while for a new front bumper and nearly got a Mtech II but I already have a Bmer with one.
I like the look of the M3 Front bumper and Quad Tip look.
Basicly I like the look of the M3 but don't like the look of the wider front and rear guards.
(maybe I should have bought an M3 and cut the guards out?)

Cheers Custom3.

A standard M3 gets left behind pretty quick.

Meth/Water Installation when I get home.

Well, not much more I can do with the car power wise ATM.

Next on the to do list will finally be the Water/Meth install, Then Dyno. (now that summer is approaching soon. )

Still got cams to go in as well.

I have a 3.5 inch Throttle Body (TB) on ATM, but I have not opened up the twin screw snout where the TB mounts. I think the hole at the snout is about 2.6 inches?? I will have to look at my measurements I took when installing the TB. So, basically I can open up the snout more which should give more HP/Tq if it is a restriction so I will plug my Vacuum/Boost gauge in to see how much Vacuum it is pulling before deciding on removing the TB and opening up the Snout.

**when I installed the TB I lost 15whp before the re-tune, after the re-tune I gained back the 15 and another 17.8whp on top.**

Home in a couple of weeks to put in the Water/Meth.

The difference between 3.5inch TB Mounting Adapter and TS Snout mounting Hole.

And, the aftermarket OEM size TB next to the 3.5 Inch TB.

Positioning of Meth/Water Nozzle.
