Someone know why in full load in 3 gear my afr go to 13 and in 4 gear, in the same rpm my afr go to 11?
Does dme have some diferent injection table in function of gear selected?
Furthermore, I can see 800kg/h in my maf above 6200 rpm. What is the maximun for M54B25?
Can arrive to 1024?

Sorry, I am trying changue the axis in this tables with romraider, but when I do it, changues do not save.
After, I look with tunerPro but I find more tables and I do not know what of them I must changue and how do it.
It is necesary do this in 512 bin?

Okay, ill try my default vanos maps, and add some more fuel and add ignition to see if that makes it better or worse. Ive thought about lowering the intake to where the fog light is because of the hot air thats up there (after some spirited driving or just driving longer and touching the filter it is surely above 50C) its just tight because of the xenon box.

I did log my MAF readings and it went as high as 530 kg/h

Thankyou for the tips tuning is fun but time consuming, especially when I dont have as much knowledge as you or the others here.
530 is nice, i knew it's about a B22, thats the reason i said use 325 Vanos Stock settings, B22 is mechanical very near to B25, only displacement difference, same Intake head and so on. So you might get some beneifits from using Stock B25 Vanos settings, add some ignition and fuel.Could be a nicer point to start at.
(i would try so).

Ah I think I read that somewhere that the b22 and b25 is "practically" identical, but hey, it doesnt hurt to try more its just good so I might get more knowledge from it and an idea of what works and what doesnt.
Ill let you know about my findings.

The valves are smaller with the b22 head, also the bore. So basically not that close. B30 is closer to b25, but still more stroke and especially fuel

afr 11 it too rich for any gear
i think stock ms43 maps - too rich
i ran yesterday and saw afr from 17 on idling to 11.2-full throttle
logs available.
what maps to tune?
Alpha/n Injection table , Injection time at part-load, warm engine, Vanos I -II, Basic injection time

Wow the B25 vanos settings made a lot for me and on the last 2 colums (480 and 550) on ignition I have +15 now which seems fine since its hitting it, its a pretty nice flat long torque curve. Ill add a pick of the graph.

One thing seems odd tho, Maf reading only got as high as to 523 now, but hey more power If my calculations are right, I have 193hp @ 6103 and 229Nm @ 5830 which is nice.

Some more tweaking as is, then Ill start fiddeling with vanos.
