Selling my pride and joy

So ive only owned my e46 for about two years now and have done a **** tone of preventative maintenance to the car to make sure it runs in tip top shape. Its been my daily to collage and has never let me down. but I need money for school so i wanted to get some recommendations on how much i should sell it for. Its a 2002 325i w/ 127k miles

here's a list of what i remember doing, i will update it later if more comes to mind.

-water pump
-belts
- atf thermostat
-pcv
-fuel filter
-injectors
-thermostat
-driver and passenger window regulators
-coolant level sensor and temp sensor
-fan blades
-coolant system refresh
-expansion tank replacement
-upper and lower coolant hoses
-breaks
-rotors
-wheels
-new tires (not even 100 miles on them yet)
-m3 bumper
-Fog lights
-depo led side markers
-oil change (3 days ago)
-new cabin and air filter
-wiper blades
-tensioner
-ccv
-spark plugs
-oil pan gasket and clean
-Engine mounts
-new intake gaskets
-new disa valve
-intake boots
-various vacuum lines
-dipstick o-ring
-new headlight holders
-brake pad sensor

>valve cover was done by previous owner as well as the radiator, sway bar, front axel .. it was a dealership baby before i got my hands on it.

any input helps and is very much appreciated, thanks.

That's quite a maintenance list. Some pictures would help us assess its condition, but off the top of my head, for a 5-speed 2002 325i w/127K, I'd offer $3-4K.

I'd keep the car if at all possible. You've already invested lots of time and money into it, it's sorted and reliable, and a 5-speed E46! You'll need another car soon anyway. Student loan, Pell grant, relatives? See if you can get the money elsewhere.

just added few pictures the car has a few 3 scratches that i can think of, one on the hood from a raccoon maybe 3-4 inches in length not deep though , and two from the guys kids i got it from which for a 17 year old car is to be expected. Ill try and take better picture these are a few months old.

I know id love to keep it and finish what i stared the car runs amazing and is solid. just needs fresh paint and maybe some coils to make it look sportier as its basically stock still , but i didn't get any pell grant this year due to them taking into account my 2017 tax return when i was still dependent so my income and my parents were combined thus no fafsa money so ive been paying out of pocket all year ...

maybe things will start to look better soon but as of right now i need the money, ya know? student loans might be the alternative but im trying to detach myself/ get my hopes up for keeping it because itll just make things harder haha

You'll get more money for it if you return it to stock configuration (front bumper, kidneys, wheels, etc). And take better pictures.
