Umnitza "Customer Service" - Bad Attitude

All I wanted was a RaceMesh grill for my Mtech2 front bumper. This piece is supposedly LASER CUT to precision, based upon the bumper model you have.

When the first DELAY occured, I received an email stating this is PRECISION WORK, and because of that, it takes time.

When I finally get the part - It was the wrong size. Dimensions off by as much as 1/2".

Umnitza's response (2 parts):

1) We may have sent you the wrong one, I will need to check. (no apology)
2) Our engineer says you must have Mtech 1, not Mtech 2 and you received one for the Mtech 2. (They listed the exact measurements for Mtech1, Mtech2, and M3.) The engineer stated I should measure it myself AND they could correct it if it was off. (no apology)

So after 3 weeks and an incorrect part, I wanted a refund. Mainly because if it took so long that it had to be PRECISE, then naturally it should be tested for fit and size before sending it out. Add to this, no apology for my delay and inconvenience.

Umnitza replies:

"I'm not sure if you realized this, but this part is non-refundable -- but that's not the point." IF you send it back -- we can try to resize it. The product will be the correct size, as it is LASER CUT.

WHAT?!?! What point WAS he trying to make? I agreed to send this back -- since there are no other options but to eat the $200 for this product.

Umnitza: "Devilishly Good Service".

What a joke. I was a repeat customer too. Lesson learned.
